HEAVY DUTY RIVETTERS HAVING A 90mm stroke-

These machines were specifically designed for use on the heaviest of commercial Shoes encountered in busy Relining Depots, P.S.V. Garages, and large Hauliers.

The design incorporates a more powerful pneumatic cylinder than that previously used on Relining Machinery.

The Bryden MK5A has the ability to provide a large access gap or maintain a short stroke according to the requirements of the work being carried out. The ability to choose the mode of operation offers savings of both time and air consumption

The selection of either of the two modes can be carried out at any time during the rivetting or de-rivetting process.

Versatile - because of the adjustable output force, it is equally suitable for the heaviest of brake shoes, large marine winch brake bands, transmission bands and the smallest of brake shoes and clutches.

Factory Calibrated & Certified output force in tonnes to the input pressure in Bars. When precise rivetting forces are required.

The rivetting force is automatically released when the selected force is applied.

Continuous operation when foot pedal remains depressed with adjustable speed to suit operator requirements.

To assist fault diagnosis during telephone support, Pneumatic circuit indicators are fitted.
