On-Site services:

BRYDEN Engineering, as the manufacturer, is your source of service for all rivetting machinery. We do not sub-contract servicing to general engineers. Our Service Engineers are often employed in the production of our products and are therefore fully qualified in the operation, maintenance requirements, correct methods of rectification and any upgrades/modifications that may be available or necessary.

We offer three levels of on-site service/repair:-

1. Immediate response - If not same day, normally within 24 hours.

2. Planned service call - In response to mailshot advising of our routine visit into your geographical area

3. Shared service - When other calls are carried out in the same geographical locality.

Key Benefits of the BRYDEN Service:-

Spare parts are only fitted if absolutely necessary and the old parts left for your inspection.

Because the engineers are fully qualified in the maintenance of the BRYDEN rivetter, they will never change parts unnecessarily in an attempt to locate faults.

Lifetime warranty on certain parts is maintained.
